To use the ToCoo! Expressway Pass(TEP) Hokkaido Plan, ETC Card which is registered as the Pass is required.
We will send the ETC Card to the designated convenience stores throughout Japan, including the one located in the airport terminal.
If you make a booking under ToCoo! Expressway Pass(TEP) Hokkaido Plan, the ETC Card fee is already included in the Plan fee.
ToCoo! Expressway Pass (TEP) fee is charged to your registered credit card as part of the ToCoo! options fee when the reservation is completed.
The ToCoo! Expressway Pass (TEP) fee is not included in the rental car fee.

You can NOT add on any ToCoo! Expressway Pass (TEP/HEP) to your current reservation.
Expressway passes must be booked together with the rental car.
If you would like to use ToCoo! Expressway Pass (TEP/HEP), please cancel your current reservation and make a new reservation with it.

The ETC card registered as your TEP/TEP Hokkaido pass can be received at the designated convenience stores throughout Japan, including the one located in the airport terminal.
*You can NOT receive the ToCoo ETC card registered as TEP/TEP Hokkaido at the rental car outlets.
You can book the TEP pass between 180 days before your car return date and 14 days before your car pick up date.
