“Cancellation Compensation Support” is the insurance to compensate for the cancellation penalty (Cancellation charge and ToCoo! Option fee) caused in the case of cancellation within 6days before the car pick up date.

“Cancellation Compensation Support” can be added as a ToCoo! Option when you book a car.

Please note that there is no refund of the “Cancellation Compensation Support” fee in the case of cancellation of the booking with “Cancellation Compensation Support” option (including the case it is cancelled till 7days before the car pick up date).

You can make a booking on the 1st. day of 6 months before the month of your car rental finish date.

Q: I made a reservation, but I have not received any Email from ToCoo. What should I do?

We automatically send a Confirmation Email after you complete your reservation.

If you do not receive any Email from ToCoo, it is possible to put incorrect Email address when you make a reservation.

Please check your email box first, because it is possible to be sent to the spam folder in your Email Box.

Please check the Emails from ToCoo! is rejected or not from your Email.
