Q: I made a reservation, but I have not received any Email from ToCoo. What should I do?

We automatically send a Confirmation Email after you complete your reservation.

If you do not receive any Email from ToCoo, it is possible to put incorrect Email address when you make a reservation.

Please check your email box first, because it is possible to be sent to the spam folder in your Email Box.

Please check the Emails from ToCoo! is rejected or not from your Email.
If you add our Email address [rsvinfo@coo.ne.jp] to your permitted recipient list in your Email box, you will be able to receive Emails from this Email address without being blocked.
