Q: How can I pick up ToCoo! ETC card when I arrive at the airport terminal outside of the business hours of the convenience stores?

You can NOT pick up your parcel outside of their business hours of the convenience store.

You must go to the convenience store on their next business day during their business hours.

You may change the parcel pick up location to the other conveniene stores by 10 days before the car pick up date.

*Please be SURE to contact ToCoo! by 10 DAYS BEFORE the car pick up date.

Please note that there is NO refund basically, even if you can not pick up the parcel.

For customers who have reserved an ToCoo! ETC Card, a receiving number Email will be sent by 2 days before the car pick up date so that you can show the number at the convenience store.

If you haven’t received the Email, please contact ToCoo! immediately.

Q: How do I return the ToCoo! ETC Card?

On the car return date, please put your ToCoo! ETC Card into the return envelope that came with the package, and put in any post box in Japan.

Q: I lost the return envelope for the ToCoo! ETC card. What should I do?

If you are still in Japan, please purchase a letter pack (the same color as the one you received) at the post office or some convenience stores and send it to us.

If you bring it back with you overseas, please send it to us as soon as possible.

If the rental items arrive after the scheduled return date, the late fee will be charged.
