・What is a reservation confirmation email?
A reservation confirmation email is an email that will be sent automatically after a reservation is completed.
The name of the reservation confirmation email that we will send is【ToCoo!】 Reservation Confirmation
*If you do not receive any Email from ToCoo, it is possible to put incorrect Email address when you make a reservation.
Please check your email box first, because it is possible to be sent to the spam folder in your Email Box.

The reservation’s name and personal information can be checked as soon as the email is opened.
