Q: I lost my Car Wi-fi device. What should I do?

If the Car Wi-fi device is lost, a damage fee (23,980 yen/device) will be charged.

If it is found, a late fee will be charged for the number of days that have passed from the scheduled return date to the actual arrival date (750 yen/day/device).

However, rental fees and communication fees will not be charged.
