Q: How do I receive Car Wi-fi device?

Please check the following for how to receive ToCoo options including Car Wi-fi device.

・If you are receiving at a convenience store
Present the QR code (barcode) you will receive from TOCOO! to the convenience store staff and collect your package.

・If you are receiving at a post office
Present your passport and the “tracking number” you will receive from TOCOO! to the post office staff and collect your package.

※You will need the QR code (barcode)/tracking number to receive TOCOO! including Rental Car Wi-fi device.

TOCOO! will send you an Email with the QR code (barcode)/tracking number for the Car Wi-fi device to the Email address you registered by two days before the car pick up date.

※This email may be in your spam folder, so please check there as well.
If you still can’t find the Email, please contact TOCOO!
We will check for you.

*If you are unable to pick up your parcel due to reasons on your side, such as picking up from the wrong store, we cannot provide compensation for the Tocoo Option (including Car Wi-fi device Rental).
