Please specify your desired receiving location on the Inquiry Form.
※Choose “5-ETC card,Wi-Fi router & SIM card” on the left, and “Where can l receive ETC card(or Wi-Fi router)?” on the right.
Enter your name and email address, and enter your desired receivig location in the inquiry details field.
However, pick-up locations must be convenience stores/post offices.
