Q: How can I receive the parcel including ETC card at the Convenience store/Post Office?

We will send the QR Code/Receiving Number URL/Tracking Number to receive the parcel via Email after shipping it.

*At the Convenience Store;

Please present the QR Code/Barcode at the cashier counter of the designated convenience store.

*At the Post Office

Please present the Tracking Number, your ID(Passport), and the document showing your address(Utility bills, etc.) at the counter of the designated Post Office.
