If you are in Japan, please purchase a letter pack (the same color as the one you received) at a post office or some convenience stores and send it back to TOCOO!.
If you bring it back overseas, please send it to TOCOO! by international delivery.
All costs for letter packs, EMS, etc. should be paid by the customer.
In addition, a late fee will be charged for the number of days that have passed from the scheduled return date to the actual arrival date (750 yen/day/device).
However, rental fees and communication fees will not be charged.
