Q: I forgot where to pick up my Car Wi-fi device or Wi-Fi router. What should I do?

You can check the pick-up location for the Car Wi-fi device/TEP pass/ETC card on Google Maps.

The pick-up location is also provided in the reservation Confirmation Email and in the Email containing the pick-up QR code (barcode)/tracking number sent at least two days before the car pick up date.

If you cannot find the Email from TOCOO!, be sure to check your spam folder.

If you still cannot find the Email, please contact TOCOO! Customer Support immediately.
