Due to the spread of the new-type coronavirus, there are a number of countries and regions have imposed travel restrictions and some customers have been unable to come to Japan.
ToCoo! has discussed with each car rental company and has decided to waive cancellation fees due to the new-type coronavirus in principle.
How to cancel
The cancellation method differs depending on the number of days until the car pick up date.
■ Up to 7 days prior to your car pick up
You can cancel your reservation by logging into your reservation from the View/Cancel a Reservation.
■ Within 6 days of your car pick up date
Please contact ToCoo! via the Inquiry Form on our official website and please make sure to fill in the below information.
・ ToCoo Reference Number
・ Request to cancel the reservation due to the coronavirus.
After the cancellation process is completed, a cancellation email will be sent to the email address registered at the time of reservation.
* Even if you submit a cancellation request from the inquiry form, the reservation has not been canceled yet.
Please be sure to check your cancellation email to see if your reservation has been canceled.
